Hi, I’m Florence.
I’ve made the jump into the UX/UI world from a colourful background of industries.
I'm a UX designer based in Melbourne with a marketing and customer service background. Having worked in industries where I've been the link between the customer and business goals is what's made me curious. I strive to create new innovative ways to gain the best for both sides. As an optimistic yet practical designer, the human-centred design approach gives my work a deeper meaning and purpose.
My mission is to create inspiring and innovative designs to spark some fun in a progressive way. Empathy and curiosity are at the heart of how I create as a UX designer.

MY HOBBIES
Outside of UX design, I enjoy cycling around new areas, having a cup of Barry's tea, watercolour painting, drawing, and having people around to cook them a roast dinner. (I can confidently say that I have one of the best roast potato recipes, reach out for a chat and I'll be able to share it with you!)

I’m full of ideas, and I can see potential and possibility everywhere. I try to see the spark of potential in everything and everyone and to inspire others to see it, too.
Emotional, passion-driven, and full of ideas, I combine a vivid imagination with a desire for practical solutions. My introspective and intuitive nature is balanced by a keen interest in the world around me and a desire to contribute to society.
I love sharing my ideas with others and creating a community around shared values and ideals.
